Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
  2. Place the EVAP canister on a suitable work surface.
  3. Rotate the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve counterclockwise.

  4. Remove the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve.
