Speaker Grille Replacement - Front Door

Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedure: Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
1	Front Side Door Speaker Grille Assembly Tip: Use a 9/32 in (7 mm) drill bit to drill out the heat stakes that retain the speaker grille to the door panel, being careful to not enlarge the hole in the door panel. Push on the integral clips to disengage the grille from the door panel. To install the new speaker grille, hold the grille tight to the panel and use a socket and driver to push the fasteners on all of the posts.

Front Side Door Speaker Grille Assembly
Tip:
