Removal Procedure

- Carefully push the mirror face toward the front of the car and downward on the inner edge, near the front door window glass, to allow access.
- Grasp the mirror face back and firmly pull it away from the mirror motor and housing.
It will be necessary to use a sharp jerking motion to release it from the housing.
- Lift the mirror back up and out to release the lower tabs.
- Disconnect the heated mirror wires, if equipped.

IMPORTANT:
The mirror back is made so that the bottom edge fits into a slot and clip in place. This allow the mirror to rotate.
