Removal Procedure

- Apply masking tape to the outer applique and frame.
- Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
- Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
- Remove the rear door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner .
- Lower the window far enough in order to gain access through the inner panel, unsnap the window guide retainer from the window.
- Push inward on the window guide retainer clip locks, lift upward on the window until released from the retaining clip.
- Lower the window regulator to the full down position.
- Remove the window from the door.
