Removal Procedure

  1. Apply masking tape to the fender and door edges.
  2. Open the front door.
  3. Remove the side front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
  4. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
  5. Remove the front door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Door in Entertainment.
  6. Remove the front door outside mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power .
  7. Remove the front door inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner .
  8. Remove the front door frame applique. Refer to Door Frame Applique Replacement - Front .
  9. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip.
  10. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window .
  11. Remove the front door window channel retainer. Refer to Window Channel Retainer Replacement - Front Door .
  12. Remove the front door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
  13. Remove the front door window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door .
  14. Remove the front outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside .
  15. Remove the front door lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door .
  16. Remove the front door body side molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Body Side .
  17. Remove the front door inflatable restraint side impact sensor. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Sensor Replacement .
  18. Remove the front door rubber conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door .
  19. Remove the front door electrical harness from the door.
  20. Support the front door.

  21. Remove the front door top intermediate bolt front the door hinge.

    Remove the front lower hinge bolts to the door side.

  22. Remove the front door from the vehicle.
