Recirculation Door Replacement

Recirculation Door Replacement

Callout Component Name
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
1 Screw, Actuator Recirculation (Qty: 2)
Tip:  Disconnect electrical connector.

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2 Actuator, Recirculation Door
Tip:  Tilt recirculation door assembly to insert tabs into the HVAC module assembly.
3 Screw, Recirculation Door Assembly (Qty: 3)

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
4 Door, Recirculation Assembly
