Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right closeout panel. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
    2. Fig 1: Removing/Installing Lower Right Air Temperature Sensor

    IMPORTANT: Rotate the lower air temperature sensor counterclockwise to disengage from the heater outlet cover.
  2. Remove the lower right air temperature sensor from the heater outlet cover.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the lower right air temperature sensor.
