Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the idler pulley bolts and pulleys.

  2. Loosen thermal bypass hose clamp (3) and remove hose from the coolant crossover pipe.
  3. Remove the heater inlet/outlet pipe bolt (1) and remove the heater inlet/outlet pipe.

  4. Remove the coolant crossover pipe bolts (2, 3), engine lift bracket (1) and the coolant crossover pipe assembly.
