Installation Procedure

  1. Install the camshaft position actuator magnet and O-ring seal into the front cover.
    2. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the camshaft position actuator magnet bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the camshaft position actuator magnet bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
