Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper instrument panel (I/P) trim pad. Refer to Upper Trim Pad, Outer Trim Cover, Fuse Block Access Cover Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Locate the recirculation actuator (2).
  3. Disconnect the recirculation actuator electrical connector (1).

  4. Remove the recirculation actuator bolts/screws (1).
  5. Remove the recirculation actuator (7).
  6. Remove the recirculation actuator levers (3, 6), if necessary. Note positioning for re-installation.
