Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment. Refer to Compartment Assembly, Door, Striker, Latch Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Locate the air temperature actuator (1).
  3. Disconnect the right side air temperature actuator electrical connector (2).

  4. Remove the right side air temperature actuator bolts/screws (1).
  5. Remove the right side air temperature actuator (2).
  6. Remove the right side air temperature actuator levers (3, 4), if necessary.
