Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Removing/Installing Front Impact Bar At Frame Rail

Align the front impact bar to the frame rail.
Position the left front horn to the frame rail and impact bar.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the front impact bar bolts to the frame rail.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

Install the front bumper fascia (1). Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Buick) , Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Chevrolet) or Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper (Pontiac) .
