Installation Procedure

  1. Align the fuel filler door to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the fuel filler door screws (1, 2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the fuel filler door innerlock cable to the fuel filler door. Refer to Fuel Filler Door Innerlock Cable Replacement .

  4. Install the fuel filler pocket (1). Refer to Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement .

  5. Install the fuel filler cap (4) and tether (3).
  6. Close the fuel filler door (1).
