Installation Procedure

  1. Attach the new fuel filler door innerlock cable end to the mechanics wire.
  2. Use the mechanics wire to pull the fuel filler door innerlock cable through the rear quarter panel openings.
  3. Remove the mechanics wire from the fuel filler door innerlock cable.
  4. Connect the fuel filler door innerlock cable to the fuel filler door.
  5. Connect the fuel filler door innerlock cable (2) to the sliding door innerlock latch (4).

  6. Connect the fuel filler door innerlock cable (2) on the rear inner quarter panel.
  7. Inspect the operation of the filler door.
  8. Install the left body side trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Left .
  9. Close the left sliding door.
  10. Instal the left rear inner fender liner.
