Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD COVER REPLACEMENT .

  2. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector (1) from the intake manifold tuning valve.
  3. Remove power steering pump. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT .

  4. Remove the intake manifold tuning valve bolts.
  5. Remove the intake manifold tuning valve.
