Disassembly Procedure

  1. Remove EVAP canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement (Short Wheel Base) .
  2. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe quick-connect fitting . Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  3. Remove the fuel tank module (4). Refer to Fuel Tank Module Replacement (Short Wheel Base) .
  4. Remove the EVAP canister vent solenoid (2).
  5. Remove the EVAP pipe assembly.
  6. Remove fuel tank module (3). Refer to Fuel Tank Module Replacement (Short Wheel Base) .
