Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP pipe assembly to the fuel tank.
  2. Connect the EVAP pipe assembly to the EVAP canister (2) and fuel sender module (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Install the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe to the fuel tank.
  4. Connect the EVAP canister vent solenoid pipe to the EVAP canister (2) and EVAP canister vent solenoid (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  5. Install the EVAP canister purge pipe (6) into the fuel tank retainer.
  6. Connect the EVAP canister purge pipe (6) to the EVAP canister (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  7. Install fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Long Wheel Base) .
