Removal Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Air Cleaner Element

  2. Remove the air cleaner side cover and disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector.
  3. Remove the air cleaner element (1) from the air cleaner housing (2).
