Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve (3) on the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve bracket. Pull on the valve to ensure retaining tab is locked.
  2. Connect the EVAP vent hose to the EVAP canister vent valve.
  3. Connect the EVAP canister vent valve electrical harness connector (5).
  4. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Long Wheel Base)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Short Wheel Base) .
