Trip Odometer

The trip odometer displays the accumulated miles or kilometers to the tenths of a mile or kilometer since the last reset. This value is stored in the IPC. The IPC has 2 trip odometers which can be selected by pressing the information button. Pressing this button allows you to scroll through trip mode A or trip mode B. Pressing this button again will allow you to cycle through time elapsed, average speed, range, fuel economy, battery and oil life. Pressing this button again will put you in the season (total miles) mode assuming you started from the season mode. The displayed trip odometer is reset on the IPC by pressing and holding the set/reset button for 3 seconds. You have to be in the specific trip mode (A or B) in order to reset that specific trip odometer. Both trip odometers accumulate miles or kilometers even when they are not displayed. If the set/reset button is pressed and held for 3 seconds while in a trip mode (A or B), the display will reset to zero.
