Power Sliding Door (PSD) Opens with Transaxle Out of Park

1	Did you perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle?	Go to Step 2	Go to Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle
2	Close the PSD. Turn ON the ignition. Turn the PSD ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Apply the brake and shift the transmission out of park. Press a PSD OPEN/CLOSE switch. Does the PSD remain closed and the alarm sound a tone when the OPEN/CLOSE switch is pressed?	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections	Go to Step 3
3	With a test lamp connected to a good ground, probe the park/neutral position park signal circuit at the harness connector of the power sliding door control module (PSDM). Does the test lamp illuminate?	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 5
4	Test the park signal circuit for a short to voltage. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs . Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 7	Go to Step 6
5	Replace the PSDM. Refer to Control Module References for replacement, setup and programming. Is the repair complete?	Go to Step 7	-
6	Replace the body control module (BCM). Refer to Control Module References . Is the repair complete?	Go to Step 7	-
7	Re-initialize the PSD and operate the system in order to verify the repair. Did you correct the condition?	System OK	Go to Step 3
