The PCM commands 4th gear with the TP angle 10 percent or more, the engine torque is between 41 N.m (30 lb ft) and 271 N.m (200 lb ft) and the gear ratio indicates 3rd gear, 0.95:1 to 1.05:1, for 1 second.
