The PCM commands 1st gear with the TP angle 5 percent or more, the engine torque is between 27 N.m (20 lb ft) and 271 N.m (200 lb ft) and the gear ratio indicates 2nd gear, 1.52:1 to 1.60:1, for 1 second.
