Console Replacement - Front Floor

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices. Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Remove the rear floor console. Refer to Console Replacement - Rear Floor .
1	Trim Plate, Instrument Panel Lower Tip: Set the parking brake, then shift the transmission into drive and push the shift indicator down until it locks, to allow clearance to remove the console.
2	Screw, Front Floor Console Trim Plate (Qty: 2) Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
3	Bolt, Front Floor Console Bracket (Qty: 2) Tighten: 10 N.m (88 lb in)
4	Console Assembly, Front Floor Front Tip: Pull the front console side panels outboard at the front of the console to disengage the retaining clips from the instrument panel.
