Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution in Cautions and Notices.

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

Record all of the vehicle preset radio stations.
Turn OFF all the lamps and the accessories.
Ensure the ignition switch is in the OFF position.
Loosen the negative battery cable terminal nut.
Remove the negative battery terminal (2) from the battery.
