Intake Manifold Removal

Disconnect and remove the dirty air positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the intake manifold and the right camshaft cover fitting.

Remove the intake manifold-to-solenoid evaporative emissions (EVAP) hose bracket ballstud bolt from the intake manifold.

Disconnect and remove the intake manifold-to-solenoid EVAP hose from the intake manifold and from the EVAP solenoid.

Remove the EVAP solenoid bolt.

Remove the EVAP solenoid.

Disconnect and remove the fresh air PCV hose from the left camshaft cover fitting.

Remove the intake manifold long bolts.

Remove the intake manifold short bolts.

Remove the intake manifold assembly.

Remove and discard the lower intake manifold gasket.
