Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector to the door electric harness. Press the cam lock in to secure the connector.
  2. Connect the door handle cable to the door handle.

  3. Position the top of the trim panel at the window opening and press down.
  4. Align the fasteners into the holes in the door metal.
  5. Firmly press the door panel to seat the fasteners.
    6. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  6. Install the armrest pull cup screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  7. Install the inside door handle screw.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  8. Install the screw cover.
