Installation Procedure

  1. Install the seal on the drain plug stem.
  2. Install the drain plug by screwing in a clockwise direction. Make sure that the body is fully seated in the side tank.
  3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L26, LY7 GE 47716 Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L26 Static Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 Static Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LS4 GE47716 Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LS4 Static Fill) .
