Manual 2-1 Band Assemble

Inspect the 2-1 manual band (680) for the following:
- Cracked or separated friction material
- Burnt friction material
- Cracks around the apply lugs

Squeeze the manual 2-1 band assembly (680) and install the assembly into the case.
Position the band on the anchor pin.
