Power Steering Pump Replacement (LS4)

Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the power steering pump pulley. Refer to Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (L26)  or Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (LS4)  or Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (LY7) .
1 Power Steering Pump Hose Clamp
Tip:  Use an appropriate tool to remove the power steering fluid from the reservoir before relocating the clamp. Also plug the end of the hose between the reservoir and the power steering pump to limit the leakage of the power steering fluid.
2 Power Steering High Pressure Hose Fitting
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  27 N.m (20 lb ft)

3 Power Steering Pump Bolt (Qty: 3)

Tighten:  25 N.m (18 lb ft)
