Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Upper Engine Mount Strut Bracket & Bolts

Install the upper engine mount strut bracket.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the upper engine mount strut bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

Install the lower engine mount strut bracket bolts.
- Tighten the lower engine mount strut bracket nut.
  Tighten: Tighten the nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
- Tighten the lower engine mount strut bracket bolts.
  Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

Install the right engine mount strut at the upper engine mount strut bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Replacement - Left Side and Engine Mount Strut Replacement - Right Side .
Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (L26) .
