Removal Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to PAINT DAMAGE NOTICE .
  1. Apply masking tape to the door frame and applique.
  2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Lower the window to the full down position.
    4. IMPORTANT: Lift upward on the sealing strip at the front edge of the rear door stationary window to prevent damage to the sealing strip.
  4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip screw.

  5. Release the outer belt sealing strip clip, by inserting a suitable flat-bladed tool to the rear edge and lift upward.
  6. Remove the outer belt sealing strip from the door.
