Installation Procedure

  1. Install the outer belt sealing strip to the door.

    Insert the retaining clip for the outer belt sealing strip into the rear hole of the door and push down firmly to lock in place.

    2. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the outer belt sealing strip screw.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Remove the masking tape.
  4. Inspect the window for proper operation.
  5. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
