Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ignition coils.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the ignition coil bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the ignition coil bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the ignition coil electrical connectors.
  4. If necessary, install the intake manifold. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Replacement .
  5. Install the engine cover. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
