Installation Procedure

Connect heater outlet hose (2) to the heater core.
Use J 38185 to reposition the heater outlet hose to heater core clamp.

Install the heater outlet hose (2) to the heater pipe.
Use J 38185 to reposition the heater outlet hose to the heater pipe clamp.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L26, LY7 GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L26 Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LS4 GE47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LS4 Static Fill) .
