Installation Procedure

Connect heater inlet hose (1) to the heater core.
Use J 38185 to reposition the heater inlet hose to the heater core clamp.

Install the heater inlet hose (1) to the heater pipe.
Use J 38185 to reposition the heater inlet hose to the heater pipe clamp.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L26, LY7 GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (L26 Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LY7 Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LS4 GE47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LS4 Static Fill) .
