ANTENNA REPLACEMENT - DIGITAL RADIO

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Lower the rear of the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Reposition the antenna cable mastic patches for access, if required.
3. Disconnect the antenna cable from the antenna base cable connector.
4. Remove the antenna base bolt.
5. Remove the antenna.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Route the antenna base cables through the roof opening.
2. Install the antenna base to the roof.
3. Secure the antenna base with the bolt.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the antenna base bolt to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

4. Connect the antenna cable to the antenna base cable connector.
5. Install the antenna cable mastic patches.
6. Install the headliner.
