Conditions for Running

DTCs P0135, P0137, P0138, P0140, P0141 are not set.
The catalyst tests are not active.
The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) tests are not active.
The start-up engine coolant temperature (ECT) is less than 35°C (95°F).
The engine has been running longer than 100 seconds.
The start-up intake air temperature (IAT) is less than 35°C (95°F).
The difference between the IAT and the ECT is less than 6°C (10.8°F).
The battery voltage is between 9-18 volts.
The engine speed is between 600-3,000 RPM.
The mass air flow (MAF) is between 4-30 grams per second.
