Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the blower control module.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the two new screws in the pre drilled holes to the side of the heat stakes in the blower control module and the HVAC module assembly.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the blower control module.
  4. Install the right side I/P insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
