Installation Procedure

Align the marks on the hose. Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump housing.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp to the water pump housing. See Special Tools and Equipment .

Install the radiator hose (3) onto the outlet port (2) of the radiator.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp to the radiator. See Special Tools and Equipment .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
