Installation Procedure

Align the marks on the hose and install the radiator inlet hose into position.
Install the radiator inlet hose to the water outlet housing.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the water outlet housing. See Special Tools and Equipment .

Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the radiator. See Special Tools and Equipment .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
