Installation Procedure

  1. Position the front bumper fascia to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the fascia to fender bolts (1) and nuts (2) to the fascia.

    Tighten:  Tighten the front bumper fascia fender bolts and nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the front bumper fascia push-in retainers to the to radiator air baffle.
  4. Install the front bumper fascia screws to the to front fender liner.

    Tighten:  Tighten the front bumper fascia screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Install the front bumper fascia upper support bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten front bumper fascia upper support bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  7. Install the fog/park/turn lamps. Refer to Fog Lamp Replacement - Front in Lighting Systems.
  8. Install the headlamp assemblies. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  9. Remove the protective tape that may have been applied during the removal procedure.
  10. Install the push-in retainers to the top edge of the fascia.
