1	Did you perform the Wiper/Washers Diagnostic System Check?	Go to Step 2	Go to Diagnostic System Check - Wiper/Washer
2	Turn the ignition On with the engine Off Do the Windshield Wipers Run?	Go to Step 3	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems
3	Remove the Wiper relay. Using a test lamp, test the control circuit at the Wiper relay socket with the ignition On and the engine Off. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems. Does the test lamp illuminate?	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 5
4	Turn the ignition Off. Remove the harness connector from the BCM that contains the Windshield Wiper Switch Signal 2 circuit. Back the Windshield Wiper 2 circuit terminal out of the connector. Reinstall the BCM harness connector leaving the terminal in item 3 backed out. Turn the ignition On with the engine Off. Test the Windshield Wiper 2 circuit for a short to Ground.Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 8	Go to Step 7
5	Test the Wiper relay output circuit for a short to B+. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 8	Go to Step 6
6	Replace the Wiper relay. Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 8	-
7	IMPORTANT: Perform the set up procedure for the control module after replacement, if needed. Replace the BCM.Refer to Body Control Module Replacement in body Control SystemsDid you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 8	-
8	Reinstall all removed terminals. Reconnect all disconnected harness connector. Operate the system in order to verify the repair. Did you correct the condition?	System OK	Go to Step 3
