Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive strips on the ends of the spoiler (1).
  2. Position the rear spoiler to the rear compartment lid.
  3. Route the electrical connector for the high mount stop lamp through the rear compartment lid.

  4. Ensure that the high mount stop lamp grommet is fully seated.
    5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the nuts (3) to the studs on the rear compartment lid spoiler.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  6. Connect the high mount stop lamp electrical connector.
  7. Close the rear compartment.
