Removal Procedure

  1. Use a grease pencil to mark the location of the hinge at the quarter panel and compartment lid.
  2. Remove the rear compartment lid. Refer to Compartment Lid Replacement - Rear .
  3. Remove the rear compartment lid struts. Refer to Strut Replacement - Rear Compartment Lid .
  4. Remove the bolts from hinge at the quarter panel.

  5. Remove the hinge from the vehicle.
