Installation Procedure

  1. Align the wire harness to the sunroof module.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors to the following components:
    • The sunroof control switch
    • The sunroof control module
    • The sunroof actuator
    • The sunroof opening position switch

  3. Install new nylon tie straps to the sunroof control module and the drive cable tube.
  4. Install new tape to hold the wire harness to the module.
  5. Inspect for proper operation of the sunroof.
  6. Install the rear shelf. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
