Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: When removing a power window switch, the ignition switch must be in the OFF position. This will eliminate the possibility of shorting out the switch when using a metal tool to remove the power window switch from the wiring harness.
  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  2. Using a small, flat-bladed tool, remove the power window switch from the rear door trim panel.
  3. Remove the switch from the vehicle.
