Removal Procedure

Up/Down or In/Out Adjustment

Open the rear door.

NOTE: Refer to Paint Damage Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Apply masking tape to the fender and the door edges.
Loosen the door side hinge bolts in the specified sequence (1, 2, 3, 4). Do not remove the bolts from the door.

Adjust the door up or down by repositioning the door as needed.
Adjust the door in or out by repositioning the door as needed.

Fore/Aft Adjustment

NOTE: Refer to Paint Damage Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Apply masking tape to the fender and door edges.
Loosen the hinge pillar side bolts in the specified sequence (1, 2, 3, 4). Do not remove the bolts from the door.

Adjust the door fore and aft by repositioning the door as needed.
