If DTC B2618 is a history DTC, fault may be intermittent. Wiggle wiring and harness connectors during test to check for intermittent connections. An intermittent malfunction could be set by a short to voltage in White wire between courtesy light and Body Control Module (BCM), intermittent short to voltage in courtesy light, or an internal BCM short to voltage.
