Installation Procedure

  1. Install the oil level sensor from the oil pan. Tighten the engine oil level sensor 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  2. Connect the oil level sensor electrical connector (1).
  3. Install the engine oil drain plug. Tighten Tighten the engine oil drain plug to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
  4. Lower the vehicle.
  5. Refill the engine with appropriate amount of new recommended engine oil.
  6. Start the engine and inspect for oil leaks
